The Smart Choice for Commercial Truck & HGV Washing
The Brendeck Three Brush Rollover operates as a self-contained moving gantry, running up and down the length of the vehicle on tracks whilst the vehicle remains stationary. On the first pass, dedicated detergent is applied to the exterior whilst the two side brushes and roof brush scrub simultaneously, working the full length of the vehicle from front to rear. The gantry then returns, spraying fresh water and scrubbing again to deliver a thorough, consistent clean on every cycle. Suitable for everything from medium-sized vans and coaches through to rigid trucks and fully articulated HGV units, the system supports single pass, double pass, and short travel wash programmes, making it an ideal commercial truck wash solution for sites where space or time may be limited. Every programme can be adjusted via the onboard PLC to suit your specific fleet and site requirements.
Brendeck Three Brush Rollover System
Complete Vehicle Coverage
Three strategically positioned brushes, two sides and a roof, work simultaneously to clean all exterior surfaces of the vehicle in a single pass. Dedicated detergent is applied on the first run whilst the brushes scrub the full length of the vehicle, before a fresh water rinse and second scrub on the return. The result is a thorough, consistent clean on every cycle regardless of vehicle type or size.
Intelligent Automatic Sensing
The system automatically detects vehicle height, width and length, accommodating commercial vehicles up to 5.0 metres tall. The onboard sensor system also identifies and avoids Euro mirrors on the front of the vehicle, eliminating the risk of damage during the wash cycle. Operators do not need to manually configure settings between vehicles, making it ideal for mixed fleet operations.
Flexible Wash Programming
Powered by an onboard PLC with HMI display, the Three Brush Rollover supports a range of programmable wash modes including single pass, double pass, and a short travel wash for sites with restricted bay space. Programmes can be tailored to suit rigids, articulated vehicles, buses and coaches, ensuring the best possible clean is achieved for your specific site requirements. Settings can be adjusted quickly and easily as your fleet changes over time.
Designed for Mixed Commercial Fleets
Pneumatic variable side brush pressure automatically adjusts to suit different vehicle profiles, from sleek passenger coaches to heavy-duty rigid trucks and articulated HGVs. This ensures an effective, thorough clean without risk of damage to bodywork, livery or mirrors, whatever combination of vehicles your fleet operates.
Built to Last
The fully galvanised steel frame is engineered to withstand the demands of a busy commercial wash operation, delivering a long service life with minimal corrosion risk. Manufactured in the UK and supported by Brendeck's nationwide service network, every component is selected for durability, reliability and ease of maintenance.
