Picture a state-of-the-art Three Brush Rollover Vehicle Wash, meticulously designed with multiple programs to cater to diverse commercial vehicle types and with the ability to recycling up to 90% of all water used.

Through collaborative efforts and strategic site meetings, the project took shape, thanks to the unwavering support of red Lion Truck Stop and their architects. Brendeck played a pivotal role in crafting a design brief that not only secured planning approval but set the stage for a revolutionary truck wash facility.

The Design Brief inculded the following key parameters:

Create a Wash Bay suitable for a Brendeck 3 Brush Roll Over with water recycling capability.

The design had to include for external Cameras, lighting, and inclusion of rerouting existing underground services.

Installation of two structural steel calculated portalised side screens, to protect the Vehicle Wash from the environment and to assist in the recovery of the used wash water.

Installation of a Brendeck three Brush Roll Over designed to wash various types of Commercial Vehicles.

Installation of two Hot water Pressure Washer Cabinets and hose reels for manual fine detailing.

Installation of a three-stage interceptor/ water settlement tank and associated ductwork, pipework, and connection to the main foul sewer.

Installation of a GRP Plantroom to house the Water Recycling System, associated pumps and controls.

Installation of a second GRP building to accommodate their Office and welfare facilities.
