One of the biggest problems facing a standard wash-bay is rainfall entering the drainage. Constructing a purpose built Wash Building eliminates this problem, thereby allowing a specifically designed Water Recycling System to balance out the used water with the fresh water top up, therefore eliminating any water discharge to a foul sewer connection, as generally recommended by Local Planning requirements.
